SUSPENSION 

C/M Suspension Concept

Voiding dual wishbone for equivalent with less material

A straight rectangular tube

Suspension components in the first 25% or less of the rectangular tube

A curbed rectangular tube that is latched on at one end & to the suspension components

Ball joints connect the main through axel with features during contraction & expansion

This design allows more through clearance & the slimelined effort voids material reliance then add hubless wheels & weight is reduced

A hollowed out frame

The ball joint axel have to be able to expand outward & inward slightly during contraction & expansion 

Simply Put. 2 sticks. Suspension concealed in one

1. Rectangular tube with suspension components concealed within
2. A curved oval to flat section rectangular tube with connection to the Rectangular Tube (.1) on one side & connected to the suspension section for travel on the other

Less parts. Same result. Frame remains. Wheel + Tire goes up & down

A ball joint connecting a main axel (with section that can alive through the ball joint for contraction & expansion 

For snowmobile you use a hubless wheel like extension to create a wide - high stance then conceal the suspension into the slimelined frame Voiding the dual wishbone components to achieve the same result with less material
